Warrant Apprehension detectives from the Baltimore Police Department announced on Wednesday, Sept. 28 that they arrested 31-year-old city resident Jerome Johnson at the Southern District station for murder, officials announced.

The initial suspect implicated in the murder, Steven Arthur, was arrested in February for his alleged role in the fatal incident.
